Humboldt County Tree Service

Based in McKinleyville. Working everywhere the trees are.

Humboldt County is home. Our crew is based in McKinleyville, and everything that makes this county beautiful, the redwoods, the coastal spruce, the fir-covered hills, is also what keeps a tree service busy. Big trees and small lots live close together here, and the ocean sends real weather at both.

We work the whole county: the college-town lots of Arcata, tight Victorian blocks in Eureka, wind-carved coastal properties from Trinidad down through McKinleyville, the Eel River Valley around Fortuna and Rio Dell, redwood neighborhoods in Cutten, and the hot inland country out Highway 299 to Willow Creek.

Every job starts the same way: a free walk of the site, a straight recommendation, and a firm number. If a tree can be saved, we say so. If it needs to come down, we take it down safely and leave the site clean.

Our process is simple and only contains a few simple steps. From the first call to the final rake, here is how it goes.

Tell us what the tree is doing. Photos help. We usually respond the same business day.

We walk the job with you, explain your options honestly, and give you a firm number. No pressure.

  3. 3

    We do the work

A licensed, insured crew shows up on time and works safely: careful rigging, quiet electric saws where we can.

  4. 4

    Clean site, done deal

Brush chipped, wood handled your way, site raked. The job is done when it looks the way we promised.
