Questions about our services

Which service do I actually need?

You do not have to know. Describe what the tree is doing and we will tell you which service fits, or whether it needs anything at all. Plenty of calls end with us saying the tree is fine and to check back in a few years.

Can you do more than one service in the same visit?

Yes, and it is usually cheaper that way. Removal plus stump grinding, or trimming across several trees plus hauling the brush, gets done in one mobilization instead of two.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Every quote is free, given on-site, and firm in writing before any work is scheduled.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. True Tree Service is a licensed California contractor, CSLB #1132934, and fully insured, with crews led by ISA certified arborists. The license is verifiable on the CSLB website.
